Most of the people you see wandering the park are part of the park refugee camp. They live in tents and tarps, using whatever they find to their advantage. They usually are dressed for cooler weather, although the parkplace has a warmer weather.

The Parkplace;;:
A destroyed park with bits and pieces of hightech, touring benches, garbage cans that pick up litter, and the normal, metal benches lay around the park. Bits of trees lay across paths layered with rotton leaves, and pieces of garbage roam around with the janitorial services of the robots gone.
