A city that hovers just above the ground, often times moving around the land of Hermandatia. People here have hovercrafts still, despite the huge storm, and are usually found driving around flying scooters as they are busy as bees. Everybody born here have white hair, due to a chemical that causes the city to float on it's free will, and this chemical has also tainted all of the city (including clothes) white or very light blue or pink. This excludes caucasion skin.
